Roof age for roofers. New owners for landscapers. Absentee owners for pool and adjusting firms. Fresh permits for solar and restoration. All of it from the county record, printed and posted for you, priced by the seat with no contract.
Each page is written for one trade, with its own list and its own proof — and a look at the whole market before you pay.

Florida’s counties publish who owns every parcel, what is built on it, how big it is, when it last sold and what was permitted since. It is the same file for all of you. What changes is the line your trade needs out of it — and that one line is the difference between a route and a door knocked for nothing.
Whichever list you are on, the same machinery sits under it.
Photograph a house and the parcel attaches itself — owner, mailing address, year built, lot size, last sale. Your rep adds what only a person standing there can see.
Roughly half of southwest Florida is owned by somebody living somewhere else. The roll carries the address they open their post at, so the mailer lands in Ohio in February instead of on a mat in Naples.
A shared lead is eight contractors calling one homeowner who put their hand up. Seven lose. A list is doors you work on your own schedule, and nobody’s phone rings eight times.
Postcards run from the same list — from $0.99 per 4×6 plus postage. No exporting a CSV and re-typing it into somebody else’s mail house.
Every list vendor tells you their data comes with no promises. Not one of them will tell you the rate. We measured ours, so we can print it — and a number you can check is worth more than an assurance you cannot.
How often the vendor’s owner-occupied flag was wrong when we tested it against the county roll.
Of the homes our absentee filter returns turn out to carry a homestead exemption — the flag is inferred, not stated by the county.
Two of the six — pools and landscaping — run entirely on the ownership and parcel record, so they work wherever we hold one. The other four read permit data as well, and that is the part we are still building county by county. We will tell you where it stands for your trade and your area before you buy, not in week two.

Every seat sees every property we cover that fits your trade. Tell us where you work and what you do, and before you pay for anything we come back with what we hold for your trade across the whole area — how many properties fit, how many carry a usable mailing address, and whether the permit feed reaches each jurisdiction.
