Every plan starts with scored leads and the owner’s contact details for the ZIPs you farm, from the property file we keep on every home. Try it free for 14 days with a card on file; nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel from your dashboard before then.
See how many homes are in each ZIP and how many changed hands last year, then pick the plan that fits.
The agent holds the territory. A lender, a title rep, or both join it as full users — their own account, their own login, their own card, their own $99-a-month seat. Nobody pays for anyone else’s seat and nobody gets a discount for bringing a partner, which is what keeps the arrangement clean under RESPA Section 8. Same ground, same leads, three dashboards.
Two of you on the account. Two $99 seats, each on its own subscription and its own card.
Same ground, same leads, own login.
Three of you on the account. Three $99 seats. The partner’s logo, name, license line and phone ride in the agent’s postcards and newsletters.
Same ground, same leads, own login.

You can mail cheaper than this. Saturation routes cost less per piece because they go to every door on a postal route — no list, no targeting, no way to reach the 340 homes in one community that have been held fifteen years. What you are paying for here is everything that happens before the piece is printed: the data, the ranking, the numbers, and a list that stays current on its own. That is six to nine subscriptions assembled by hand, or it is one.
Priced separately, most of these charge a monthly subscription and several charge again per use — per record traced, per contact emailed, per minute dialled. The middle column names the kind of service, not any particular vendor; what you would actually pay depends on who you use and how much you buy.

The last row is the one we would defend hardest. Every platform in this category will quote you a percentage. Ours is 72% of next year’s listings identified before they hit the market, measured on six years of sales history, with the method in our terms. Ask anyone else where their number came from and what the denominator was.
Competitor columns reflect each company’s public website at the time of writing. Terms change; check theirs before you compare.
Territory is measured in ZIP codes. Not counties, and not credits — a county runs from one ZIP to two hundred and seventy-five depending where you stand, so nobody can price it fairly. Ten ZIPs is a serious farm in most markets, and it is also five streets in two different towns if that is how you work. Draw as many as you need.
Every lead arrives with whatever contact details the record already carries. When one has no phone, you can look it up on the spot — one credit, one number. You are only charged when we find one. Credits never expire and there is no separate subscription.
Many skip-tracing services charge per record whether they find anyone or not. You pay only when we find a number — and every number we find comes back scrubbed against the federal and state Do Not Call registries and TCPA litigator records, with the date stamped on it.
Territory is sold in ZIP codes, not counties — a county runs from one ZIP to two hundred and seventy-five depending where you are, so it is not a unit anyone can price fairly. Starter holds three ZIPs, Pro ten and Enterprise a hundred. Extra ZIPs are not sold one at a time — more ground means the next plan up. Ten ZIPs is a farm you can work properly, and it can sit in two states if you farm at home and in Florida.
Territory itself is not sold exclusively — another agent may farm the same ground. What is exclusive is the lead: every scored lead delivered to your dashboard is held for you for four months and is never shown to another MyREIO agent in that window.
A farm boundary is a shape you draw on the map: a subdivision, a golf community, six streets around your last closing. You can draw one anywhere we hold a property file, inside your ZIPs or outside them.
Farm boundaries cost nothing extra because the properties are already scored. They re-rank your leads within that boundary, so the best lead on that street stops being buried behind the rest of the county — and you can run a mail drop or a streaming ad to exactly those homes.
Not the same leads. A scored lead delivered to you is held for four months and no other MyREIO agent receives it, works it, or is shown it. After four months, if it has not sold and you have not converted it, it returns to the pool. Another agent may farm the same ZIP — they will simply never be handed the leads you were handed. And no service can promise nobody else knocks on a door.
Yes. Redraw or move your boundary whenever your business changes, as often as you like.
Lead volumes are stated as maximums, not guarantees, because supply depends on how much territory you cover and what's actually happening in it. A larger boundary produces more. During onboarding we'll size your farm to your plan so you know what to expect before you're billed.
No. Your allotment resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you consistently finish early, a pack or the next plan up is the better answer.
Yes. Starter and Pro start with 14 days free. You enter a card at checkout, nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel from your dashboard before then with no fee. Enterprise and White Label are sized on a call.
Yes. Every number we trace is scrubbed against the federal Do Not Call registry, the state registries and known TCPA litigator records, and the result is stamped on the number with the date it was checked. A flagged number shows as flagged before you tap Call; a known litigator cannot be dialed from the app.
A scrub is a compliance control, not a liability shield. Registry status changes, so re-run it on anything older than 31 days (one tap). Honoring opt-outs, keeping consent records and your own calling policy stay your responsibility under the TCPA and state law.
There is no minimum term. Cancel any time from your dashboard — no phone call, no cancellation fee — and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
You keep every lead already delivered to you.
Twelve months for the price of ten, billed once up front. Same features, same limits, same ability to change your farm — you're simply paying less per month for committing to the year.
Type a ZIP and see how many homes are in it and how many changed hands last year. It costs nothing.
White Label starts at $2,499 a month with a $4,499 setup and a twelve-month term — 100 ZIP codes, your brand and your domain, sized to whatever your organization actually is. A short call tells us which markets and how many agents, and you’ll leave knowing exactly what it covers.
