Nine controls other ad platforms hand you. We took them out. A real estate advertisement is a housing advertisement, and the Fair Housing Act prohibits targeting one by these characteristics. "The platform offered the option" has never been a defence — HUD charged Meta over exactly this in 2019. So the fields are stripped before your campaign is built, not validated after.
Why it works

Most agents can't buy television.

Not because it doesn't work — because a broadcast buy covers a whole media market, and you farm three ZIPs of it. You'd pay for a hundred thousand strangers to reach four thousand neighbours.

Connected TV bills by household. Your ad plays in living rooms inside your boundary and nowhere else. Same screen, same trust, priced for a farm instead of a metro.

Where

Inside your boundary

Your ad runs in the ZIPs on your account. Nobody else's territory, no wasted spend on the next county.

When

While they're watching

Streaming ads aren't skippable and aren't scrolled past. A homeowner who's been in the house nineteen years sees your face on the same screen as the network spots.

What

Your name, your licence

Your branding, your contact, your brokerage. We supply the pipes and the compliance, not the identity.

What it costs

You set the ceiling, and it holds.

Ad credit is bought in dollars and spent against a daily cap you set. When the credit runs out, the campaign pauses — it does not keep running and bill you later.

  • Daily cap. Set it once. The campaign cannot exceed it, whatever the auction does.
  • Low-balance warning. An email before you run out, not after a send fails.
  • Pauses on cancel. End your subscription and every campaign stops the same day.
  • One impression, one charge. An ad that played can't be refunded, so nothing runs without credit behind it.
Ad credit$400.00
Daily cap$20.00
Spent today$14.60
Households reached1,240
Remaining$385.40

Illustrative. Reach depends on ZIP size, season and competition.

Straight answers

What this won't do.

Streaming ads build recognition. They don't ring your phone this afternoon.

  • You cannot target renters, retirees, new parents, or any group defined by who lives there. Not a limitation of ours — it's the law, and it protects your licence.
  • There is no click. Somebody watching TV doesn't tap through. The measure is whether your name is familiar when they interview agents.
  • It works alongside the leads, not instead of them. The call lands differently when they've already seen your face.
  • Small ZIPs spend slowly. If your farm is 2,000 households, a $20 daily cap won't clear.

The agent they've seen before gets the call.

Streaming ads are included on Pro and Enterprise, and available as credit on any plan.
